Our Mission: To encourage and promote Puerto Rican heritage through cultural and civic activities.

The Aurora Puerto Rican Cultural Council is an organization that educates and celebrates the Puerto Rican culture throughout the Auroraland area. We provide a scholarship program, pageant competition, and heritage festival.
